German media react as ‘No name’ Kuhn ‘Embarrasses’ Leipzig

The German media reacted to Nicolas Kuhn’s remarkable Celtic victory over RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League this evening.

Christoph Baumgartner started the score early on, but a quick double from Kuhn put the Bhoys ahead before halftime.

The efficient winger brought the Hoops level with a lovely dink before tapping in at the back post to make it 2-1 just before halftime.

Kuhn’s value is increasing with each game, and his Man of the Match performance tonight surely helped put him on the European radar.

Indeed, German outlet Bild praised his performance, claiming that he ‘Embarrassed’ RB Leipzig, where he formerly played.

The renowned sports newspaper’s headline this evening read, ‘German No Name Professional Embarrasses Leipzig’.

Kuhn’s excellent performance tonight will make him the topic of the town back home.

In his youth, he played for Leipzig and Bayern Munich and is now realising his full potential.

The 24-year-old has arrived at the 2024/25 season as a different animal from the previous campaign, and he is just getting better with each game.

He set tongues wagging in Germany this evening by putting his former employers to the sword with a superb brace.
