Birmingham City are planning a new bid for Hannover 96 defender Phil Neumann in the January transfer window, according to a report by Football Insider.
Birmingham City tried to land the Bundesliga.2 man in the summer following their relegation from the Championship. They slipped out of the second tier last season after finishing in the bottom three along with Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town and are eyeing an immediate promotion back from League One.
