Kalvin Phillips wants stunning transfer

After weeks of rumbling, Leeds United finally drafted in a player to ease their midfield woes this past week, signing free agent and former France international Josuha Guilavogui, a player who can perhaps do the job Kalvin Phillips did so well.

The former Atletico Madrid and VfL Wolfsburg midfielder seems happy with the news.

“I look forward to working with the squad, assisting the team on and off the field, and eventually achieving our goals.

“I received several offers, but nothing that made me say, Yeah, let’s do it. When my agency contacted me and said Daniel was interested in signing me up and watching after me, I said, “Yes, let’s go straight to Leeds.”

“Sometimes in life, you have opportunities that you don’t want to miss. I am quite delighted to be here.

“When I spoke with our manager, he knows what I can bring to the pitch and off the pitch, since we don’t forget that we have wounded players and I am there to assist them. And when they recuperate, I will assist the younger players.”

However, the Frenchman may not be Leeds’ only midfield acquisition with a surprise return on the cards.

Kalvin Phillips seeks a surprise Leeds United comeback.

Kalvin Phillips apparently wants to return to Leeds United, according to Ipswich Town sources. Since leaving Elland Road, things have not gone as planned for the English international. In actuality, the 2021 Euros Finalist lost his spot in the England squad after moving to Manchester City, and despite being a Premier League winner in 2022/23, he had little playing time, ending in an ill-fated move to West Ham.

Phillips’ troubles aren’t going away now that he’s at Ipswich Town, and he’s reported to want a stunning return to Elland Road, where he established his reputation and evolved into the star England needed in midfield alongside Declan Rice.
