Despite having to be wheeled to the locker room during Alabama’s game against South Carolina, the transfer
cornerback from the University of Southern California did not let anything stop him. Jackson, who was born in
California, battled back to enter the game and perform spectacularly at Bryant-Denny Stadium’s Saban Field.
Jackson saw fellow Mater Dei High School alumnus and friend Zabien Brown secure the victory over Georgia with an
interception. In the fourth quarter against the Gamecocks, he paid it forward.
