Ex Rangers & Leeds United star still hunting for new club 4 months after Ibrox exit as EFL side deny training stint.
Former Rangers striker Kemar Roofe is still a free agent and has not signed with a senior club four months after leaving Ibrox with a plethora of seasoned players.
The Jamaican international was one of five players to leave at the end of the previous season, along with Ryan Jack, Jon McLaughlin, Borna Barisic, and John Lundstram. The other players have all found new jobs since. The Jamaican international’s goals helped lead the Light Blues to the Europa League final and a historic first Premiership title in ten years.
The 31-year-old is still one of the more appealing choices available on the market despite his history of ailments, but things had quieted down in regards to Roofe.
Transfer reports have surfaced south of the border suggesting that the former £4.5 million acquisition for the Gers may sign with Plymouth Argyle in the English Championship or was practicing with his former team, Oxford United, in the summer transfer window to demonstrate his fitness.
However, nothing happened, as Oxford manager Des Buckingham admitted in August that Tottenham rookie Dane Scarlett was substituted as an upfront player and that the accusations were baseless.

But in October of last year, he paid a visit to a “miracle doctor” who assisted in healing football players like Romelu Lukaku and Kevin de Bruyne from long-term ailments. He was a frequent visitor to the club’s medical area.
One of his most memorable moments wearing a Gers shirt was his long-range screamer that caught the goalie off guard during a Europa League match against Standard Liege.
