Reading FC team news: One change for Rotherham United trip.

For Reading’s lunchtime trip to Rotherham United, manager Ruben Selles has made one change: Kelvin Abrefa will take the position of 16-year-old Andre Garcia.

In last week’s 2-1 success over Huddersfield Town, Abrefa took Jeriel Dorsett’s position due to injury. However, on Tuesday, in a 3-1 triumph over struggling Burton Albion, teenaged Garcia made his maiden league start.

In an effort to win three straight games for the first time since 2020, Selles has maintained a solid core group of players.

David Button remains in goal behind a back four consisting of Tyler Bindon, Michael Craig, Amadou Mbengue, and Abrefa.
