As good as Dawson is for his age, there are doubts about how much he will be able to play. Wolves find themselves in a worrying defensive situation right now, as the club recently confirmed that Yerson Mosquera has sustained an ACL and MCL injury, and the Colombia international will be out for the remainder of the season. Wolves will undoubtedly need to sign a new center-back in January, and one man who has been linked with Wolves recently is Adam Webster, who could genuinely be a top signing.

Webster takes great pride in being accurate with the ball at his feet, and since the beginning of the 2022–2023 season, his pass completion percentage has not fallen below 88% in any competition he has played in for Brighton (via WhoScored). We know Gary O’Neil wants Wolves to play out of the back, but thus far this season, we have seen the team struggle to do this.
