Wigan Warriors name semi-final squad in battle for Super League Grand Final against Leigh Leopards

Wigan Warriors have named their 21-man squad for Saturday’s semi-final clash against Leigh Leopards.

The fourth Battle of the Borough of the year will pit local rivals against one another for a spot in the Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford.
Hull KR will play Warrington Wolves at Craven Park on Friday in the first semi-final.
Wigan head coach Matt Peet has named an unchanged squad for the play at the Brick Community Stadium, with 17,000 tickets sold for Saturday’s fixture, 5:30pm kick-off.

The Leigh Leopards, however, will be without former Wigan winger and prolific try-scorer Josh Charnley and Ireland international Frankie Halton owing to head injury protocols.

Wigan’s 21-man squad includes Field, Miski, Keighran, Wardle, Marshall, French, Smith, Havard, Byrne, Farrell, Ellis, Mago, Thompson, Leeming, Dupree, Hill, Nsemba, Walters, Eckersley, Forber, and Farrimond.
