Saints Fan Unloads With NSFW Rant On Derek Carr Involving His Son’s Math Homework As QB’s Slump Continues
The New Orleans Saints, led by Derek Carr, suffered a 30-22 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.
With two games left in the season, this puts them at a 7-8 record. They still have a surprising chance to win the NFC South,
primarily due to the division’s poor performance this season.
The final score might look close, but the Saints had to work hard for those points. They scored a touchdown and a two-point
conversion in the last four minutes, making it a one-score game. However, to do that, they used up all their timeouts, attempted
an onside kick (which didn’t work), and needed another two-point conversion on their final score. It was a tough climb to get there.
Usually, when the offense struggles, the defense is held accountable for surrendering thirty points. The Saints, though, had
their own problems. Three times on downs, they turned the ball over, and each time was right before they could score in
Rams territory. Their drives were hampered early in the game by sacks and poor throws.
Regretfully, Derek Carr, the quarterback for the Saints, bears a great deal of the blame for this defeat. Following his poor
performance against the Rams, fans weren’t shy about voicing their disgust; some even went so far as to suggest that he
should retire from the NFL.
