Aston Villa receive ‘sting’ response to Liverpool vs Arsenal result after Sheffield United draw

latest Birmingham Aston Villa news Supporters’ reactions to Liverpool and Arsenal’s draw are seen live.

Following the tie between Arsenal and Liverpool, Aston Villa could have been top of the Premier League table if they had defeated Sheffield United on Friday.

Cameron Archer’s first goal was negated at Villa Park by Nicolo Zaniolo’s late point rescue for Unai Emery’s team. With a victory, Villa would rise to the top of the standings and watch the Reds vs. Gunners match.

After the 1-1 tie at Anfield, Mikel Arteta’s team is still in first place, Villa is back in third, and Liverpool is in second. Still, the Villans are only one point behind the leaders.
