Everton may have already found their perfect manager to replace Sean Dyche

Sean Dyche’s future has been placed under an intense magnifying glass as Everton continued their poor start to the Premier League season.

The Toffees are now nineteenth in the Premier League, with just one point from a 1-1 draw with Leicester on September 21.
There’s no disputing that recent years have been difficult for the club and Dyche, who survived last season despite two points deductions at Goodison Park.

With Dyche’s recent form, it’s not surprising that a decision on his future could be made before October 10 [HITC], with numerous names already connected to succeed the 53-year-old.

Carlos Corberan, West Brom’s manager, has previously been associated with the club and has them riding high at the top of the Championship.

While multiple teams are circling the Spaniard, Everton has been the most associated with a deal, with Chris Lepkowski confirming “absolutely” that the attention was a concern.

What would Carlos Corberan bring to Everton?

Since joining at The Hawthorns, the former Huddersfield Town manager has drastically transformed the Baggies’ future.

He managed to get the club into the Championship playoffs last season, and West Brom are now among the top contenders again.

The Spaniard plays attacking, high-intensity football and has gotten the most out of many of his players, including Tom Fellows.

Even while there is still plenty of time in the Premier League season for Dyche to turn things around, especially with the possibility of new owners taking over, now appears to be a decent time to make a move [BBC Sport Five Live, 21 September].

Everton will move into their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium next season, and they would want to do it as a Premier League side.

Only time will tell if changes will be done, but it appears that change is the only thing that will benefit the club – may Corberan be the ideal replacement?
