Carlos Corberan is perfect Sean Dyche replacement for Everton

Sean Dyche’s future has been under increasing scrutiny as Everton’s terrible start to the Premier League season continues.

The Toffees are now nineteenth in the Premier League, with just one point from a 1-1 draw with Leicester on September 21.

There’s no disputing that recent years have been difficult for the club and Dyche, who survived last season despite two points deductions at Goodison Park.

Dyche’s current form suggests that a decision on his future may be made before October 10 [HITC]. Several names have already been linked to succeed him.

Carlos Corberan, West Brom’s manager, has previously been associated with the club and has them riding high at the top of the Championship.

Everton has been linked with a move for the Spaniard, with Chris Lepkowski admitting “absolutely” that interest was a concern [22 September].

What would Carlos Corberan bring to Everton?

Since joining at The Hawthorns, the former Huddersfield Town manager has drastically transformed the Baggies’ future.

He managed to get the club into the Championship playoffs last season, and West Brom are now among the top contenders again.

The Spaniard plays attacking, high-intensity football and has gotten the most out of many of his players, including Tom Fellows.

Dyche has until the end of the Premier League season to improve, but with the possibility of new owners, it may be time for a change (BBC Sport Five Live, September 21).

Sean Dyche is starting to feel the pressure at Everton.

Everton will move into their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium next season, and they would want to do it as a Premier League side.

Only time will tell if changes will be done, but it appears that change is the only thing that will benefit the club – may Corberan be the ideal replacement?
