Celtic’s Nicolas Kuhn ‘on the list’ of Bundesliga side
In the summer, the Bundesliga team hopes to bolster their flanks, as they presently only have one recognized player in that position.
According to Bild (via Frankfurter Neue Presse), they have named Kuhn as a possible target, along with Ritsu Doan of Freiburg and Dilane Bakwa of Strasbourg.
With 18 goals and 12 assists in 37 games in all competitions this season, the German forward has been in excellent form for the Scottish Premiership winners.
In the Champions League, Kuhn gave his team the lead against Bayern Munich in the middle of the week, but Vincent Kompany’s team advanced to the round of 16 thanks to a late equalizer from Alphonso Davies.
This season, Kuhn’s performances have garnered attention, and it’s unclear what his long-term prospects are.
In his native country, the 25-year-old is obviously well-liked. The most recent team to be linked is Frankfurt, who are presently ranked third in the Bundesliga.
They are in the competition’s round of 16 this season and won the Europa League in 2022.
