Edin Terzic in frame for Everton job as Sean Dyche sack decision looms.

Edin Terzic could be under consideration for the Everton job amid growing worries over the future of Sean Dyche, according to Mark Douglas.

According to the journalist’s i News story from 20 September, there are three managers in line to replace Dyche in the event of his dismissal.

Terzic is recommended as the other one since he is keen to coach in the Premier League. David Moyes and Graham Potter are two of those.

After choosing to resign as Borussia Dortmund’s manager following the team’s loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League final in June, Terzic is currently without a club.

Edin Terzic would be a risky Everton managerial appointment

Bringing Terzic on board after he led Dortmund to the Champions League final and nearly won the Bundesliga the previous season would have been a thrilling summer appointment.

But after just four games in the season, things have altered for the Toffees, who are at the bottom of the standings and unable to afford to make a hazardous decision with their next appointment.

That is assuming Dyche is fired. However, Dyche will have another opportunity to prove himself when Everton plays Leicester City later on Saturday, September 21.

Though not all fans would be happy about Moyes’ appointment, he seems like the most logical choice in the event if Dyche left.
