During Birmingham City vs. Wrexham, David Beckham told Tom Brady something that he couldn’t repeat.

David Beckham was present for Monday night’s Birmingham City vs. Worcester match, and he had a great time.

When Birmingham City defeated Wrexham on Monday night, David Beckham was taken aback by the atmosphere at St Andrew’s, even though he had to explain to buddy Tom Brady what the rival fan groups were shouting at each other!

As the Blues overcame a deficit to defeat Wrexham 3-1, they were joined by former England captain and Inter Miami founder Beckham, NFL great and Knighthead guru Tom Wagner, Brady, the club’s minority shareholder and chair of the advisory board, Steven Knight, the man behind the Peaky Blinders, former Manchester United teammate Gary Neville, and Jay Stansfield.

Nearly 28,000 people attended the game, which was televised globally in front of a sold-out St Andrew’s. Although Beckham had to respond to a question from Brady about what the fans were specifically singing—something that couldn’t be repeated on air—he praised the mood the fans created and said it left a lasting impression on him.

“On Monday, it was fantastic. The vibe was fantastic,” Beckham said to CBS Sports. You’re not getting that. Tom, who was seated next to me, said, “The atmosphere is amazing! I haven’t seen anything like that in a long time!” The Birmingham and Wrexham supporters were amazing. What are they singing, though?

“You want to know what your fans are singing about Wrexham and what they were singing about your team? I asked. Yes, tell me,’ he exclaimed. When I told him, he thought it was hilarious. Not for this episode!”
