Here are a few things you might have missed at Leeds United this week
Leeds United have received many plaudits from onlookers since their 4-0 victory over Watford on Tuesday, including from several ex-players.
Ally McCoist was one of those to share how impressed he has been with United’s recent run of form, having scored 18 goals since last conceding one in the Championship. Another former attacker may have also been struck by the efficiency of Daniel Farke’s side.
Marek Hamsik, the former Napoli winger, was spotted at Vicarage Road on Tuesday evening to watch Watford take on Leeds. He posted a photo to his Instagram story as the game was unfolding.

Hamsik is currently part of the backroom set up with the Slovakia national team, albeit neither side had Slovak internationals within their ranks. It’s thus not clear for the reason his appearance at the match but he was seen sitting in the home end.
Gray earns call-up
Leeds youngster Harry Gray, the brother of former United ace Archie, has been called up to the England under-17 national team for the first time. The 16-year-old has been named in Neil Ryan’s squad that will take on the Netherlands across two friendlies in Portugal on February 20th and 23rd.
Gray only returned from injury less than a month ago, making his comeback from the bench in the second half of theUnder-21s’ 3-1 Premier League 2 win over Everton.
