Even though the Dallas Cowboys haven’t won a Super Bowl in almost 30 years, their current starting quarterback thinks his club is “very close” to where the Philadelphia Eagles, the division rivals and Super Bowl LIX victors, are.
After Dak Prescott suffered an injury and two of the Cowboys’ NFC East rivals, the Eagles and Washington Commanders, each advanced to the NFC Championship Game, Dallas is coming off yet another disappointing season.
Nevertheless, when asked about the Cowboys’ current situation, Prescott said he thinks they will soon be able to compete with teams like the Super Bowl victors.
According to the opinions of people across the league, Brian Schottenheimer was a highly shocking hire, and the Cowboys will have a lot to worry about next season as they attempt to rebuild under his leadership.
