Rangers in Europa League final flux as Dublin hosting ‘fears’ grow
The idea of UEFA using Croke Park as a sizable fan zone for the Europa League final is being discussed,
and there are mounting concerns in Dublin.
The main event, which could have British participation, is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, at the
Aviva Stadium.
The remaining 16 teams are Rangers, West Ham, Brighton, and Liverpool. Many teams, including
Philippe Clement’s Gers, are expected to bring in more fans than the stadium can accommodate
(52,000). Furthermore, it may be the final match that Jurgen Klopp plays for Liverpool.
