Everton: BBC Sport pundit makes relegation claim live on air following what occurred to Luton Town.

Everton are in danger of getting demoted from the Premier League because they aren’t scoring.

According to BBC Sport analyst Rachel Brown-Finnis, the former England women’s goalkeeper shared her thoughts following Luton Town’s draw against Crystal Palace.

In the Hatters’ 1-1 draw with the Eagles on Saturday (9 March), Cauley Woodrow scored in the 96th minute.

On BBC Final Score (9 March), Brown-Finnis expressed optimism that Luton may avoid relegation this season. They are scoring more goals than Sheffield United, Burnley, Nottingham Forest, and maybe Everton. Forest and Everton aren’t scoring goals.”

Will Everton be relegated from the Premier League this season?

For the previous several seasons, the Toffees have flirted with relegation to the Championship, but they have always avoided the drop.

However, they are once again embroiled in a struggle at the bottom, with the Toffees now ranked 16th in the standings.

Everton is still in danger of relegation after losing 2-0 to Manchester United on Saturday, with only four points separating them from the bottom three.

Sean Dyche’s team presently has 25 points, but may lose more due to their continuous Premier League success.

Nottingham Forest are one point and one position below them, with Luton in 18th place with 21 points, albeit both of those teams have a game in hand on the Toffees.
