Simon Jordan reacts to what 777 Partners told Jim White about Everton takeover

777 Partners are still awaiting Premier League approval for their takeover of Everton nearly six months after reaching an agreement with Farhad Moshiri.

It’s difficult to determine the truth at the moment.The Daily Mail claims that 777 and Eden have extended their initial completion deadline.Both parties have agreed that the story cannot continue past the end of March.

Everton has already received loans totaling more than £180 million, raising questions about 777’s financial stability. Additionally, according to The Athletic, a sizable portion of the US company’s funding from New York is going to be “turned off.”

Josh Wander, the chief of 777 Partners, told talkSPORT’s Jim White that he is optimistic about a deal in spite of the issues.

“As the Premier League suggests we don’t let this get to the public, I can’t tell them anything yet,” he stated.When asked if he was confident of a deal, he said, “I am.”
