SUNDERLAND LATEST NEWS – PRE SEASON IN SPAIN

For their preseason trip, Sunderland AFC is traveling to Alicante, Spain. The team has scheduled games for July 20 and July 21 following a week of training in warm weather.

“After last summer’s North American tour, we are looking forward to taking the team back to mainland Europe this July,” stated Sporting Director Kristjaan Speakman. The facilities available for this trip are outstanding, and it will not only give our players a fantastic experience but also give the club a wonderful foundation for the 2024–25 season. We hope that many of our supporters will be able to make the journey and attend in order to support the squad and take in the local culture. Furthermore, we also have plans for

Packages include stadium transportation and a minimum three-night stay in a variety of carefully chosen four-star hotels (with prices starting at £569 per person). Two match tickets, special access to Club activities featuring first-team players and staff, and limited-edition goods from our new Technical Partner are all included in the packages. There are several low-cost airlines that operate flights from Ponteland Airport to Alicante, however flights are not included.
