Dan Friedkin could relegate Everton with David Moyes appointment

Sean Dyche is definitely on borrowed time at Goodison Park, and once the Friedkin Group buyout is approved, it appears that he will be fired.

Everton, who have only won two of their first 12 games, was further tormented by the Toffees’ tie with Brentford.

Friedkin cannot afford to name Moyes as his successor given the interest Alan Nixon revealed on his Patreon (November 24), even though Dyche’s dismissal will be justified.

David Moyes return would be a mistake for Everton

With fresh starts and a boost of hope on Merseyside, the Friedkin Group takeover is expected to represent a significant turning point in the club’s recent history.

However, if Friedkin wants to make a good impression at the Toffees right away, he cannot consider hiring Moyes because it would be a step backwards.

The Scotsman left Goodison Park more than 11 years ago, and his career hasn’t really progressed since.

After 31 games in his first stint, he would leave West Ham after unsuccessful stints at Real Sociedad and, most famously, Sunderland.

A new appointment is required for Everton. Someone who can not only keep the ship afloat but also unleash the club’s full potential in the future.

Moyes is just not the right person to do it, and his hiring would impede the club’s ability to advance under the new management.
