In Jeriel Dorsett’s absence, the youth has played left-back, but more lately, he has been on the left flank. When he was at full-back, the player occasionally struggled defensively.
It’s hardly surprising that he has drawn interest from other teams after establishing himself as one of the Berkshire team’s most gifted players; TBR Football reported back in November that Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur were among the teams interested in the player.
Although it appears that the player will eventually leave Select Car Leasing Stadium, it is unclear if he will do so during this window.
Many Royals supporters are concerned that several important players might be sold before the January transfer window closes because the team is still having financial difficulties.
Since the summer of 2023, Harvey Knibbs, Lewis Wing, and Sam Smith have all been essential members of the team; their departure would be devastating.
Joel Pereira, the goalkeeper, is also crucial and, like Knibbs, has been connected to a move outside of the SCL Stadium this transfer window.
Letting Garcia leave might be a preferable course of action because losing any one of the four might be terrible.
Garcia might become more crucial as a result of Dorsett’s potential second injury on Saturday, but there are other players who could replace him at left-back.
Depending on their level of fitness, Andy Yiadom, Kelvin Abrefa, or Abraham Kanu might come up to the bat or improve his game.

Losing a player like Garcia would be devastating since he is one who will only get better.
Although he isn’t yet a “key” player, he has played a significant role this season and, if given more playing time by the Berkshire team in the upcoming months, might become a superb winger.

Garcia’s sale may result from that, which is affecting the pitch.
Considering everything mentioned above, fans will feel conflicted if he departs SCL Stadium before the deadline.
