Scotland star makes timely return to action with status under threat as 6-cap forward moves closer to trophy
Angus Gunn, the Scotland custodian, made his competitive comeback for Norwich City, helping
them to a 2-2 English Championship tie with West Brom.
The 28-year-old had been out since early October due to a rib injury sustained during the
defeat of Hull City 4-0. He consequently missed the Canaries’ last six games before making a comeback to the
starting lineup for the game against the Baggies on the road.

Lewis Morgan, a forward for Scotland, had a better weekend in the United States across the Atlantic
Ocean, as his New York Red Bulls team defeated rivals New York City 2-0 to advance to the MLS
play-off semi-finals.
In order to focus on helping his club team win domestically, Morgan was left out of the Scotland
squad earlier this month. They will now play Atlanta United or Orlando City for a spot in the final.
Six-time Scotland captain Morgan was substituted in stoppage time at Citi Field, as Felipe Carballo
and Dante Vanzeir’s goals in the first half gave the Red Bulls a decisive victory in their pursuit of a
trophy.
