Latest Nottingham Forest news as Reds battle charges of breaching Premier League Profitability and Sustainability rules

By that date, Everton’s hearing, in which the Toffees are accused of breaking the regulations a second time, must also take place. Reports state that a decision regarding Forest’s hearing is not anticipated before April.
May 24
Both the Premier League and the Reds will have the chance to appeal any ruling after the hearing’s judgement is revealed. The appeals procedure must be completed by May 24, which is five days following the last day of the current season’s matches. This season is where any penalties or point reductions must be implemented.
