Everton is currently awaiting word on the Premier League’s independent commission’s decision regarding the current appeal.
Like the buyout by 777 Partners, this procedure has taken much too long. However, those who are making the decisions don’t seem to be concerned and aren’t in a rush to release a decision that might have disastrous effects on the institution’s long-term security.
The Toffees were a founding member of the Premier League and the original first division many years ago, and they have been handled in an embarrassing way.
Furthermore, commentators Robbie Mustoe and Robbie Earle are currently trying to pool their power to oppose the English premier league.

As they discussed Everton’s problems near the end of their conversation on their NBC podcast, The 2 Robbies, they both became enraged.
Unsurprisingly, the EFL Cup Final and the victories for Manchester City and Arsenal took center stage during the duration, making the Toffees’ trip to Brighton and Hove Albion an afterthought.
This alone demonstrates how problematic the lack of resolve is turning out to be, pushing football’s problems off the field.
“I see Sean Dyche, it might have been before the game Rob,” asserted Earle, who made the initial assertion. I was reading several news articles. He’s right; when will we learn out about our appeal? How are they acting? How come they’re taking so long?
Mustoe would just add, “Come on Premier League, get on with it!”
Earle then vented some more, saying, “You kind of feel like if the Premier League have gone down this route, they’ve got to have the timespan to get this thing over with and give Everton a chance.”
At the very least, give them an opportunity so that we know where we are if you’re going to accept the points. The longer you let it go… We’re waiting to hear anything for the next week or two.

As of right now, we have not heard anything from the Premier League, even though we were initially informed to anticipate a decision by the middle of February, then that idea was postponed until after the match against Crystal Palace, and ultimately, a resolution was agreed upon to be achieved by the end of February.
That is quickly coming, as the independent commission has fewer than four days to publish its decision.
Considering that the three-day trial ended more than three weeks ago, it seems reasonable to assume that they have already received their verdict.
What then is the delay? Why are they not disclosing such important information? They are hurting not only Everton but all the other teams in the relegation struggle by holding onto such an important piece of information.
Even while it is risky and chaotic coming from the Premier League, it is no longer very shocking.
