LATEST IBROX NEWS – Rangers best 3 transfer deals creating major excitement

The 3 Rangers transfer deals creating major Ibrox buzz as ‘huge thing’ sparks exciting realisation

Three of Philippe Clement’s new Rangers signings have him enthused about what lies ahead.

In Saturday’s 5-0 thumping of Hearts, Mohamed Diomande added to his debut goal for the Light Blues against St Johnstone by scoring the first goal. Another player that signed in January was Oscar Cortes, a Colombian winger who scored and provided an assist.

On a day when Rangers went five points clear at the top of the Premiership ahead of Celtic’s match against Motherwell on Sunday, the boss’ other newcomer, Fabio Silva, came off the bench to add to the score in the second half. Of those who signed, Diomande, a midfielder, is the oldest at 22.
When asked how happy the oldest member of his trio was, manager Clement

noted that all three were stars generating a lot of excitement at Ibrox. “It’s not just the goals, it’s the way he’s playing,” he stated. The way he makes decisions with the ball, works for the team, and defends.

“January is a difficult month to join a team when half of the narrative has already been established and you have to start from scratch. We spent a lot of time scouting him and have known about him for a while. We were aware that the athlete would fit our preferred style of football play.

“He fits in with our football, which has made it easier for him to join the team. He can make use of his strengths, and Oscar and Fabio can too.

It’s evident that they’re having fun and developing as young players. It’s quite significant. Three of our young competitors in the winter market have a ton of room to expand.
