The 3 Rangers transfer deals creating major Ibrox buzz as ‘huge thing’ sparks exciting realisation.

Three Rangers players have sparked excitement in Govan following their recent arrivals.

Philippe Clement is enthusiastic about the potential of three Rangers additions.

Mohamed Diomande followed up his maiden Light Blues goal against St Johnstone by scoring the opening goal in Saturday’s 5-0 win over Hearts. Oscar Cortes was another player who signed in January, and the Colombian winger scored and assisted.

Rangers’ new signing, Fabio Silva, scored from the bench in the second half, putting them five points ahead of Celtic, who face Motherwell on Sunday. Midfielder Diomande, 22, is the oldest of those acquisitions.

Manager Clement praised all three stars for their impact at Ibrox. He explained: “It’s not just the goals; it’s also the way he plays. He defends well, works hard for the team, and makes sound decisions with the ball.

“It’s difficult to join a team in January when a portion of the tale has already been written and you have to start from scratch. We scouted him extensively and have known about him for many years. We understood it was a player who would fit the way we wanted to play football.

“Our football also suits him, so he has an easier time joining the squad. He can make good use of his abilities, as can Oscar and Fabio.

“You can tell they’re loving it and developing as young players. It’s a major deal. We have three young players in the winter market with a lot of potential for growth.”
