Conversations have begun’ as Rangers seek midfielder contract extension but another star awaits talks 

Rangers are in talks to extend the contract of a midfield player, but talks are still pending with another star.
Several first team players for the Rangers have contracts that expire at the end of the 2023–2024 season, therefore they will need to decide quickly about their futures.

The Gers have the option to sign the Colombian winger to a full-time contract, although six stars are now scheduled to leave Ibrox in the summer. Nevertheless, it’s also stated that Rangers “highly values” the former Aberdeen player and that “there is no major panic over his situation.”
