IT’S NOT WORKING -Pundit claims £12m player definitely isn’t happy at Celtic any more

Ever since the Israeli international’s injury return, Celtic supporters have been worried about Liel Abada’s form.

Compared to his first two seasons under Ange Postecoglou, Abada has not appeared to be the same player that the fans loved.
Under Ange, the 22-year-old was a creative force on the team. However, expert Gordon Dalziel feels that Abada is just not happy at Celtic anymore because of his injuries sustained while serving on the international team and his ongoing personal problems.

Dalziel remarked, “Abada, to me, the other night there it’s just not working for the boy,” addressing Clyde Super score board. He doesn’t appear content.

“Obviously, he has a long-term injury, but I don’t think he’s ready to be under pressure right now.”

Abada is having difficulties at Celtic, as Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers acknowledged over the weekend. Even if the Hoops coach claims to have the backing of the team, there have been questions raised about his long-term future there for a few weeks now.

The deft winger was formerly coveted by several elite clubs across Europe, with a recent football research valuing him at over £12 million. Since it appears that Abada is not happy at Celtic, clubs may try to take advantage of his predicament and sign the £3.5 million player for less money, which could lower Abada’s value.

Naturally, Abada’s teammates at Celtics will want him to stay. In the Parkhead stands, he did grow to be a favourite.

stands, particularly considering that during the previous two seasons, he has repeatedly put Rangers to the sword.

The supporters would accept his decision if he were to go, but they would also like to see Celtic receive the compensation they are due—especially after Abada renewed his contract with the team in the summer.
