However, with rumors that Joe Gelhardt is having a physical with the Tigers in preparation for a short-term loan move, it suddenly looks as though Hull City has gotten ahead of the competition. According to Hull Live, Leeds United has officially confirmed the transfer, and Gelhardt may be included in Ruben Selles’ team for this weekend’s trip to Millwall.

Rangers may be on the verge of losing out on more English Championship players in January in addition to Joe Gelhardt. After two years of constant connections to Rangers, Burnley has reportedly made a bid for Plymouth Argyle forward Morgan Whittaker. However, Burnley is not the only team hoping to sign the 24-year-old attacker in January. This transfer window is anticipated to be active for Hull City, and in addition, Joe Gelhardt has reportedly had a bid put out for Whittaker with Burnley.
