Even if you use Arsenal, or Spurs, as a yardstick, Everton‘s stadium is just half as expensive as Spurs’, or roughly £750 million overall. No matter what you do, you will never be able to recover all that money at once, but in the long run, it will completely transform the club from a matchday perspective.
