Bojan Miovski, an attacker for Aberdeen, has embraced reports of a switch to Rangers ahead of the summer transfer window.

With 19 goals in 34 games in all competitions so far this season, Miovski has been in excellent form for the Dons.

The North Macedonia international was mentioned in January as a potential target for Rangers, Southampton, and Celtic.

Furthermore, Miovski is enjoying that he is being considered as a target for those teams, despite his understandable statement that he is not in a haste to leave Pittodrie.
According to the Daily Record [8 February], he remarked, “I’m enjoying football and I’m playing the best season of my career at Aberdeen.”

“I enjoy Scotland. It is extremely passionate about football. People are everywhere with us and they enjoy the club.

The reason I enjoy Scottish football is its fast-paced style and constant forwarding of the ball to us strikers.
“There is a lot of contact in the game, but it’s played straight, and I enjoy watching so much action in the penalty area.

“I’m glad to be associated with teams like Southampton, Celtic, and Rangers; it indicates that I’m improving.”

Uncertainty surrounding the Lawrence Shankland contract
Throughout the January transfer window, rumors of a move to Ibrox and Hearts star Lawrence Shankland dominated the gossip columns.

If Shankland is permitted to play out the last 12 months of his contract in the summer, he will undoubtedly continue to be at the top of the Gers’ transfer want list.

On the other hand, Miovski appears to be the greatest option in case Shankland signs a new contract at Tynecastle or is actually signed by another team.

Rangers shouldn’t overpay for the 24-year-old because of his price tag, but at least he has experience in this league.

Miovski, who Kelle Roos called “brilliant,” would be prepared to get started right away if he were to join in the summer.

This week, Miovski was given the task by new Aberdeen manager Neil Warnock of scoring 30 goals in the league this season [Aberdeen Live].

If he does, the Rangers ought to sign him as their big summer acquisition without second thought.

In unrelated Rangers news, a former employee has talked about his “personal trauma” following events from the previous season.
