Quintin Simmons Jr. (6-0, 175) of Cincinnati (Ohio) Withrow, a wide receiver, has committed to Kentucky.

He is the second talent, after quarterback Stone Saunders of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s Bishop McDevitt, to sign with UK in the 2025 recruiting class.

He has visited the university several times. Terhyon Nichols, a 2024 cornerback signee, plays with the rising senior. The quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator Liam Coen’s departure did not change the pass catcher’s mind.

Recently, Simmons revealed his top six, which included Syracuse, West Virginia, Penn State, Michigan, and Cincinnati. His main recruiter will be Vince Marrow, the recruiting coordinator and tight ends coach.

According to 247Sports, Simmons is rated 90 out of 100, making him the No. 15 wide receiver and the 156th best prospect in the country overall.
