Coventry City Midfielder Agrees Motherwell Move
Coventry City’s young midfielder Kai Andrews has agreed to join Scottish Premiership club Motherwell on loan for the remainder of the season, according to writer Pete O’Rourke.
The highly-rated academy product was granted his first-team debut by previous boss Mark Robins last season.
He has yet to add to those two appearances however, despite being on the Coventry City bench on a number of times this season.
Andrews is hoping to get more first-team action under his belt however and has already selected his next step to do that.
A loan transfer has finally been negotiated between Coventry City and Scottish side Motherwell to send the youngster over the border.
It now remains to be seen how much time Motherwell take to complete up the transfer for Andrews.
Motherwell, under manager Stuart Kettlewell, are aiming to earn a top-six finish in the Scottish Premiership this season and Andrews’ presence might aid them in their bid.
The Fir Park outfit are slated to take on Kilmarnock later this week, before then flying to face Hibernian.
