According to Rangers Review, midfielder Jose Cifuentes of Rangers will depart soon to finalize his transfer to Turkish team Rizespor.

The Ecuador international is anticipated to be the second player to leave this month, with Sam Lammers departing to sign a loan with Utrecht.
