Leeds United reach agreement to sell Rasmus Kristensen as transfer bonus emerges
Leeds United have agreed to sell Rasmus Kristensen permanently already, but an official announcement may not be made for weeks.
Although the Whites still have automatic promotion to focus on, Daniel Farke has started looking ahead to the summer window already.
Kristensen will remain with current loan club Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, with the previously agreed fee lowering after talks.

Kristensen bonuses agreed with Leeds United
The right-back has not played for Leeds since the 2022/23 season having spent last term on loan with Roma before making a move to Eintracht Frankfurt for this season.
Kristensen has had a great season in Germany making 30 appearances in all competitions as well as contributing two goals and three assists.
Eintracht Frankfurt had previously made it known that they were keen to agree a permanent deal for the 27-year-old and that looks to be finally sealed.
According to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg (4 March), an agreement for a permanent move has now been reached in principle.
Frankfurt had an option to buy the player for a deal up to £9.9million but conversations have taken place between the clubs and instead, a figure of £4.9million has been agreed.
However, bonuses could see the total amount for the transfer increase to £6.6million.
Although both clubs have made the agreement, the move will not be made official for a few more weeks.
Leeds United looking forward with Farke
Although Kristensen made just 30 appearances for Leeds in all competitions, this was during a period where the Whites were in the Premier League, so he is a player with the experience that may be desired.
Farke’s side sit at the top of the Championship table, three points clear of Sheffield United in second, and have their eyes firmly set on automatic promotion.
However, it seems as though Farke will be keen to go down a different route should promotion be achieved, making the 27-year-old surplus to requirements in West Yorkshire.
It’s a deal that makes sense for all parties given the right-back seems to have established himself at Eintracht Frankfurt, meaning they see him as a long-term part of their side.
Meanwhile, it allows the West Yorkshire outfit to increase the funds in their bank account ahead of what could be a busy summer at Elland Road.
