Breaking news Omari Hutchinson sends message after Ipswich v Man United and Patrick Dorgu clash.

Omari Hutchinson of Ipswich Town has offered a rallying call for his club following their defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
This season, the Tractor Boys are striving to prevent rapid relegation from the Premier League to the Championship. Their dreams of doing so were dashed on Wednesday night (February 26), when they were defeated 3-2 by the Red Devils. In the circumstances, it will have been a particularly devastating defeat for Ipswich, notably Hutchinson, who does not appear to be giving up just yet.

Omari Hutchinson speaks out amid Patrick Dorgu red card
Hutchinson and his team got off to a good start in that encounter, as a mix-up between Patrick Dorgu and Andre Onana allowed Ipswich to score just four minutes in. However, Manchester United rallied to lead 2-1 thanks to an own goal by Sam Morsy and Matthijs de Ligt’s close-range finish from a corner. The game took another turn just before halftime when Man United full-back Dorgu was sent off for a strong challenge on Hutchinson, which surprised many. Jaden Philogene’s second goal of the game brought Ipswich level in first-half stoppage time. Onana misread the winger’s cross, allowing it to nestle in the bottom corner, leavingManchester United fans are clamouring for David de Gea to be replaced as custodian. Ipswich, however, fell behind again shortly after half-time when Harry Maguire headed in a corner, and despite having a man advantage, Kieran McKenna’s side unable to produce an equaliser, let alone a winner.
Premier League position | Played | Points |

18. Ipswich Town | 27 | 17 |
19. Leicester City | 27 | 17 |
20. Southampton | 27 | 9 |
They may see this as a squandered opportunity to prevent relegation, but Hutchinson isn’t giving up just yet. To remember on that game, the winger tweeted a snapshot enjoying one of his team’s goals against Manchester United, along with the caption: “We stick together to the very end.”
Ipswich Town face a major challenge to avoid relegation. Football Insider’s Verdict Hutchinson, of course, cannot be considered to be giving up while his team still has a chance to remain up, especially given how much they paid to recruit him permanently from Chelsea last summer. However, given what happened in midweek, most observers will give Ipswich little hope of avoiding relegation. Up against a Manchester United team that had a disastrous season and had been relegated to 10 men, McKenna’s side saw an excellent opportunity to pick up a crucial and morale-boosting three points.
