
A care home has started a free weekly knitting and socialising project.
The Wingfield care home in Trowbridge has invited people from the local community to join their free “knit and natter” workshops.
These sessions take place every Thursday at 2pm, offering a chance for people to be creative and meet others.
The care home will also provide teas and cakes for everyone to enjoy.

“We also wanted to make a space for those who spend their time taking care of others to have a little respite of their own, we know a cup of tea and a friendly ear can go a long way.”
