On Sunday, March 9th, Brendan Rodgers’ squad will play host to the Hibees at Celtic Park.

Premier Sports and Celtic have both verified the accurate information, as you can see below, yet neither of them ever verified that.

Scoring five goals in the fifth quarter, Celtic

In the previous round, Celtic advanced to the quarterfinals with a 5-0 thrashing of Scottish Championship side Raith Rovers in Glasgow’s east end.

The goals came from Daizen Maeda, who scored a hat trick, as well as Luke McCowan and Hyun-jun Yang.

Currently, Hibs are riding a ten-game winning streak.

Until then, the Hibees haven’t been to Hampden Park since November 2023.

David Gray’s team are currently on a 10-game unbeaten streak as they prepare to play Celtic at Easter Road on Saturday in the Scottish Premiership.

With Brendan Rodgers yet to lose at Hampden across his two periods as manager, the 51 year-old Celtic boss will be looking to seal another domestic Treble especially given nearest competitors theRangers were knocked out in the last 16 vs local rivals Queens Park.

Also live on Premier Sports throughout the weekend of four Scottish Cup quarter-final fixtures is Hearts against Dundee; slated for a 7:45pm kick off on Friday 7 March at Tynecastle.

BBC One Scotland will produce coverage of Aberdeen vs Queens Park at 12:30pm on Saturday 8 March.

Whilst BBC Scotland are televising Livingston against St Johnstone at 7:45pm on Monday 10 March.

If Celtic earn a spot in the Scottish Cup semi-final, the Hoops will be in the hat for the draw which will commence after David Martindale’s Livingston battle it out against relegation-threatened St Johnstone.
