Hull City confirm fresh loan challenge for ex-Bolton Wanderers defender following Doncaster Rovers spell

Hull City have confirmed a fresh loan challenge for fringe defender Brandon Fleming.

The left-back has spent his whole career with the Tigers, progressing from the youth groups to the first-team.

He has made 45 appearances for his boyhood club but has yet to establish himself as a fixture.
Fleming spent the majority of the first half of the season on loan at Doncaster, making 20 appearances under his old Hull manager Grant McCann.

He had previously been loaned to clubs such as Bolton Wanderers and Oxford United.
The 25-year-old will now play the remainder of the season in the National League with Forest Green Rovers.

Hull City announced in a statement that left-back Brandon Fleming has joined National League club Forest Green Rovers on loan for the balance of the 2024/25 season.

“The 25-year-old spent the first half of the current campaign on loan at Sky Bet League Two side Doncaster Rovers, making 20 appearances in all competitions for Donny.”Since graduating from the club’s academy, the full-back has made 45 appearances for his local side. He has also spent time on loan at Gainsborough Trinity, Bolton Wanderers, Oxford United, and Shrewsbury Town.

“Steve Cotterill’s FGR are second in the National League table, two points behind first-placed Barnet with one game in hand.

“With 62 points after 30 games, Fleming will look to make his debut for the Green Army tomorrow when they travel to Braintree Town, kick-off 3pm.

“We would like to wish Brandon the best of luck in his spell in Nailsworth.”

Tyrell Sellars-Fleming has also left Hull on loan, joining National League side Gateshead.
