Some practical tips and things to be aware of if you are attending Brentford’s Premier League game against West Ham United at London Stadium on Saturday afternoon (3pm kick-off GMT)

If you’re planning a trip to London Stadium this weekend, here’s some essential matchday information.

 

Getting to the London Stadium

West Ham’s home stadium, the London Stadium, has a capacity of 66,000. The Hammers’ ground in east London is easily accessible from Stratford, with multiple train and bus stops nearby.

Westfield Stratford City, located close, has a range of stores, restaurants, and places to socialize and drink before the match.

Travel and transportation
Train

The nearest station is Stratford, which is a 20-minute walk from the stadium. The Jubilee, Central, and Elizabeth lines serve Stratford station, as do the DLR and Overground, as well as National Rail services for supporters traveling from outside the city.

The stadium is also conveniently located near Stratford International, Pudding Mill Lane, and Hackney Wick stations, all of which are served by TfL.

There is no rail strike planned on matchday. Use the Transport for London travel planner to check your route before leaving.

 

Bus

Stratford Bus Station and Stratford City Bus Station are both near to Stratford Station. Bus numbers that serve these stations include 25, 86, 97, 104, 108, 158, 241, 257, 262, 276, 308, 425, 473, and D8.

 

Bike

Cyclists can use the London Cycle Superhighway, which runs from Aldgate to Stratford City. Docking stations near the stadium include Copper Box Arena, London Aquatics Centre, Monier Road, The Podium, and Stratford Station.

 

It is not recommended to go by car

Driving to the London Stadium is not recommended; instead, supporters are encouraged to take use of the numerous public transportation choices.

There is no public parking available at London Stadium for individuals driving to the match.

The stadium’s closest parking lot is at Stratford Westfield, although keep in mind that road closures during matchdays may cause delays.

Ticket information

All away ticket collections are accessible at window five of the north stand ticket office, near turnstile J, which opens two hours before kickoff.

Any duplicate ticket requests must be made to West Ham via the Brentford box office. If you have any questions before the match, please contact the Brentford box office.

If you are picking up your ticket at London Stadium, please remember to bring ID.

Please also respect the family-friendly seating. Anyone with a ticket in this section is reminded to remain seated throughout the contest.

 

Accessibility

The London Stadium features 24 wheelchair viewing areas available to visiting fans. Accessible bathrooms are located near accessible viewing locations and feature RADAR locks. For help unlocking these bathrooms, contact the nearest steward or a handicapped support assistant, who can be spotted by their pink vests.

Away turnstiles at London Stadium will open 90 minutes before kickoff.

The majority of pubs near the London Stadium welcome home supporters. Bees fans who want to eat and drink before the match should go to Westfield Stratford City. The concourse offers a variety of hot and cold food options.

The stadium has a multifaith prayer space that is open to both home and away supporters. Speak with a member of staff about being guided to the prayer room.

If you see abuse or anti-social behaviour on matchday, please tell the nearest steward or use the SMS reporting hotline at 07860404069.

To ensure the safety of all spectators, Brentford supporters will be instructed to leave the stadium via the designated walking paths following the match. Walking routes will get you to the nearest public transportation hub or coach park.
