‘Rangers fans should be excited by Cameron signing’
When his Dundee contract expires in the summer, the 22-year-old offensive midfielder has agreed to transfer to Ibrox.
The Premiership rivals must either agree on a fee or have a Scottish FA tribunal decide the
compensation issue.
“I’ve long admired him as a player,” Allan said to BBC Scotland. He’s exactly what the Rangers need, in my opinion.
Rangers supporters should be thrilled about Lyall because he is a player who is constantly trying to get on the ball, create, and pass the ball forward.
Additionally, it’s encouraging to see young Scottish players from other teams transfer to Celtic or Rangers.
“He’s seen his former team-mate Luke McCowan go and have a good impact at Celtic.”

Tony Docherty, the manager of Dundee, is happy to have Cameron in his squad for the rest of the season and says he is “not surprised” by the decision.
“It is credit to Lyall for the level of performance that he puts in,” he stated.
“I believe he has already played for the team 108 times and scored 27 goals. For a midfielder, that is an excellent one in four.
“With Luke heading to Celtic this year, I had pushed him to come up to the plate.
“In the Scottish Premiership, he has now helped score 17 goals in 30 games, which is good shooting in any league.
“It goes without saying that you will get suitors when you perform at that level and consistently.
“I am really happy for Lyall, but I am also glad I still have him because he is a bright youngster, we have a great relationship, and I know he will always give it his all while wearing a Dundee shirt.
