West Virginia Police looking for man wanted for malicious wounding and abduction
Wheeling, West Virginia (WTRF)— In order to find a wanted man, the Wheeling Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance.
William Gene Jenkins is wanted by the WPD for Malicious Wounding and Abduction of a Person for an Illicit Purpose, according to Crime Stoppers Upper Ohio Valley.
Jenkins is a Caucasian man of 44 years old. He weighs 250 pounds, is 6’3″, and has brown eyes and hair.
