Nuno Espirito Santo says any new Forest signing his month ‘has to be special.’

Nuno Espirito Santo, 51, the manager of Nottingham Forest, has opened up during his most recent press conference
as he gets ready to play Brighton this weekend.

First, Nuno discussed team news and gave a concerning update regarding Callum Hudson-Odoi.

It is announced that Callum (Hudson-Odoi) would not be participating in the game. For us, his absence is

significant. Everything else is essentially the same.Danilo and Ibrahim Sangare have joined the team and are
prepared.

“Callum is still being evaluated. He won’t be ready for this weekend, but we’re optimistic that things will get better soon.”

He was then quizzed on whether he is close to adding any players to the squad as the January transfer window comes to a close.

“The key thing is that we just concluded a training session. We are concentrating on getting the team ready while

everyone else in the club works on their tasks.

“Anybody who comes to help us needs to be unique and a member of the team. Someone with an alternative

approach or solution. That was the coaching staff’s strategy, and the club must now put in more effort. Although it is

usually the same, operating during this transfer window is not simple. There must be a special someone.
