Conor Townsend, Harry Clarke, Cameron Burgess, and Luke Woolfenden are the lowest-paid defenders, earning less than one million pounds each.
Kalvin Phillips, on loan from Manchester City, is the club’s highest-paid midfielder and player, earning £7.8 million.
Jens Cajuste and club captain Samy Morsy are the second and third best paid midfielders, respectively.

Attackers
One would have expected Sammie Szmodics, Liam Delap, or club record signing Omari Hutchinson to be the club’s highest-paid attacker, yet George Hirst earns more than any other Ipswich Town striker. In reality, Hutchinson, along with Nathan Broadhead, is the lowest-paid attacking player.
Szmodics, Chiedozie Ogbene, and Jack Clarke are tied for second place in terms of assists, with Delap coming in fifth.
As you may have guessed, Phillips is Ipswich’s highest-paid player by a long by. He earns over £6 million more than Tuanbeze, the club’s second highest earner.
Cajuste, O’Shea, and Muric round out the top five, with all three earning £1.82 million per year.

Broadhead and Hutchinson are the joint-second lowest-paid players, with many fans sure to question whether the latter should be paid such a paltry salary given his impact this season.
