He has been seen as the ideal alternative for Calvert-Lewin, whose contract expires at the conclusion of the season.

Torino are optimistic of signing Beto before the transfer deadline.

Torino is set to sign Beto before the transfer window ends on February 3rd, according to Tuttosport (January 29).

The Serie A club has offered an initial loan of £5 million with an obligation to buy, with the remaining £10 million spread over two years.

Beto wants out of Goodison Park owing to a lack of playing time since his transfer last season.

Carney Chukwuemeka will not move to Everton.

On January 29, TBR Football reported that the Toffees no longer have a chance to sign Chelsea attacking midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.

It’s understood that he has decided to move to Juventus and they’re expected to proceed with the deal soon.
