Wolves agree personal terms to sign “rapid” £25m ace they’ve made bid for

Having already submitted their opening bid, Wolverhampton Wanderers have now reportedly agreed personal terms with their latest target in an attempt to boost Vitor Pereira’s options before the end of the transfer window.

Wolves transfer news

Due to the urgent need for action this month, rumors have been spreading quickly throughout the Midlands. The likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Bright Osayi-Samuel have threatened to steal the show even after welcoming Emmanuel Agbadou to provide his team the much-needed central defense.

Given his background as a Liverpool Premier League and Champions League winner, the latter would be an especially intriguing choice. Wolves are apparently among the teams vying for his signature before the deadline in less than a week, as he is now reportedly eager to return to English football.

It would be wise to sign someone with such expertise if they want to escape the relegation zone, especially if it’s to replace Mario Lemina, who has been linked to a move away for the past month.

However, those at Molineux are apparently encroaching on another objective prior to Oxlade-Chamberlain. Ben Jacobs claims that Wolves and Kevin Danso have now reached a personal agreement and that they must now pay the rumored €30 million (£25 million) asking price of RC Lens after the French team rejected their €22 million (£18 million) bid.
According to analyst Ben Mattinson, Danso has a “rapid recovery pace” as a defender. He would immediately pair with Agbadou to create a much-needed new-look Wolves backline as they battle to stay in the league.
