According to The Pink Un, Norwich City are close to signing Alan Domeracki, a Dundee United potential.
Norwich City aim to bring the Scottish midfielder to England. He is likely to start with the NCFC Under-21 team.
Domeracki, 18, is seen as having a promising future in the game. He has appeared twice for Dundee United in the Scottish Challenge Cup this season.
According to The Pink Un, he is expected to join with the Canaries by the end of January. He is claimed to have completed his medical prior to his anticipated move to Carrow Road.
Norwich City’s recent 5-1 home victory over Swansea City was stunning. They are in 11th place in the table, five points away from the playoffs.
Norwich City to sign Alan Domeracki
Domeracki has spent his whole professional career with Dundee United.
He has advanced through their academy ranks and is a regular for them at various young levels.
It will be a loss to the Scottish Premiership club to lose him, especially midway through the season.
In 2023, he extended his contract with Dundee United Football Club, stating on their website that he was proud to do so. I’ve had a great time here so far and look forward to continuing to grow. To take advantage of the opportunities that await us, we must collaborate closely with the coaching and support personnel at our St Andrews training facility.
According to Academy Director Paul Cowie, the creative left-sided midfielder has been at the Academy for over seven years and has the potential to advance in the game.
“Patience has been the key in his recent development, however, Alan has the hunger and belief to work hard and exhaust all his opportunities both on and off the pitch, furthering his development.”
Domeracki may have the ability to join Norwich City’s first squad in the future.
What now for Norwich City?
The Canaries have until the deadline of Monday, February 3rd to complete any outstanding business.
This weekend, they will play an away game against Watford at Vicarage Road.
After defeating Swansea City, Johannes Hoff Thorup’s team is optimistic about closing the gap on the top six teams.
