Rangers star stuns Miller with what he did v Dundee United – ‘Fabulous’

After receiving the ball on the edge of United’s box, the midfielder ducked around a few of opponents and scored an inch-perfect goal to tie the score for Philippe Clement’s team.

Miller discussed his feelings over the Ivorian’s goal, which helped the team win 3-1 at Tannadice, in a live broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland on January 26.

“Diomande’s strike is fantastic. Walton is unable to predict such outcome. He does try, so I don’t think it’s that far from him,” Miller remarked.

“That’s unexpected and most likely their first serious attempt at goal.”

Following his previous campaign, fans were understandably thrilled when Diomande’s contract was finalized at the beginning of the summer transfer window.

However, with the Ivorian now playing a crucial role in Clement’s setup, it feels like the Gers’ supporters have gotten far more from him than they had anticipated at this point in the season.

Although many things haven’t gone the Gers’ way this season, it seems like the Ibrox team could have made a brilliant move by signing Diomande.

However, the Gers’ midfield performance raises the question of why they are paying so close attention to Lyall Cameron.

They already have three excellent choices in the middle of the park, and while it would be great to have four players of the same caliber, it seems hard to keep them all satisfied, which raises the issue of whether they really need to recruit the Dundee player.

In other Rangers news, if Philippe Clement starts using Liam Kelly instead of Jack Butland, he might appear “weak.”
